Happy Valentine’s Day

All along Queen Street West this morning are bright fuschia hearts, spraypainted onto the snowbanks with some kind of stencil. I followed the hearts as I walked to work, and almost missed turning up my street because I was so captivated by them. It was almost like having my very own secret admirer and at the very least, it brightened up another dreary, slushy Toronto morning in February.

Happy Valentine’s Day, lovely people. May your day be as sweet as you.

  1. How lovely is that? Man, I’ve got to get back into the downtown core, apparently my days could use a little sweetness!
